It feels like I haven't been on here in forever, but I guess it has only been two days. And what a jam-packed two days it has been. Thursday night I was up super late working. You may have seen our live shots of the accident scene where the Ohio State Trooper was rear-ended on Interstate 75. Well I was running the live truck and was getting that video. I stayed there until relieved and by the time I made it home it was just after 4 AM. (And don't forget, I was up til 2 AM the night before with the 7 car accident in Sidney.) Then yesterday, I woke up and hit the ground running. I was in Arcanum for their early afternoon walkathon for cancer awareness with the high school students. From there I went straight back to the station and get ready for football night Friday. After a pretty fun night of high school football at Springboro and at Carlisle, I was beat from lack of sleep. I got home, let Buckeye out, and I didn't make it past the couch. I sat down on the couch, and it pulled me in.... I woke up at 7 AM and finally forced myself to go back to the bedroom. Then, had to wake up early to head down to Eaton for the Pork Festival, where our own Candice Hunter was the Grand Marshall. So now I am back home and relaxing........ finally, haha. Buckeye is excited to hang out with me, although I am pretty sure he is getting ready to take a long afternoon nap. We did manage to catch the final quarter of the Ohio State game, and now i got a few hours to relax and enjoy kicking back before I head in for the evening news. Until then, just time to relax and take a look at the forecast models on the upcoming rain the next few days. Hope you enjoyed the beautiful dry weather because the next few days will be pretty soggy for most of us. Have a good one!!
Best,
Andrew Buck Michael
