After our March ended up 13 degrees above normal...it has been a LONG time since we have been much below normal and today and tomorrow we will be below normal by about ten degrees. Tonight we will see temperatures fall a few degrees below freezing so out of all the nights we have warned about frost and freezing temps killing plants, tonight will be the worst since "spring" began last December. Sheet, blanket, newspaper, but no plastic touching the plants. The good news is that we will slowly warm back up above normal by the weekend, but we will have to trade that off for rain. The best chances for rain will be later Saturday and into Monday with a little break Sunday. We will cool off again for the middle of next week, but not sure it will be quite as cold as today, tonight, and tomorrow. Other than maybe an isolated shower today we will stay dry until the weekend, so not too bad of a week, but ehhh, it's April and Ohio. It could be a LOT worse. Gotta get back to the grind, but just thought I would pop on here a little early for a quick look at the weather. Have a good one!
Best,
Andrew Buck Michael
